About Hempstead County Court Docket

Hempstead County court dockets are divided among the Circuit Clerk, County Clerk, District Court clerk, and statewide case-search system. We organize those official routes so readers can identify the right portal, records counter, address, or phone number without treating separate court offices as interchangeable.

Why We Built This Site

Arkansas provides public court information through Search ARCourts and through the clerks who maintain original files. The difficult part is custody. The Hempstead County Circuit Clerk keeps Circuit Court criminal, civil, domestic-relations, and juvenile dockets. The County Clerk serves County and Probate Courts. The District Court clerk handles traffic, ordinance, misdemeanor, and limited civil matters in the Hope Department. We bring the verified contacts, portal steps, court-date process, and record-request options together while keeping those roles distinct.

What You Will Find Here

  • Docket guides: how criminal dockets and civil dockets are searched and read in Hempstead County
  • Court dates and settings: how to read the court calendar and confirm a hearing date or setting
  • Case lookups: how to run a case search by party name or case number through the statewide portal
  • Record requests: how court records and certified copies are requested from the clerk of court

What We Cannot Do

This is a privately run reference site with no connection to an Arkansas court, clerk, or government agency. Those limits matter:

  • We cannot pull an official docket sheet or case file for anyone
  • We cannot change, reschedule, or reset a court date or hearing setting
  • We cannot remove, seal, or amend a case on any docket
  • We cannot issue certified copies of any docket, order, or court document
  • We cannot give legal advice or explain how a specific case applies to you
  • We cannot guarantee that every phone number, fee, or setting listed on this site is current right now

Only the clerk of court or the trial court that heard the case can issue an official or certified copy of a docket sheet or court record. We can point you to the right office, but the document has to come from them.

Search Partners

Third-party providers power search boxes found on some pages. They operate their own services and determine their own prices. A paid signup reached through one of those tools may generate a referral fee that supports this resource. We do not set those charges or control the provider's results.
